The complaint was regarding programme “Anna ko AIDS ki suin chubhakar maarne ki saazish” telecasted on the channel and repeat telecast in Vaardaat. The complainant alleged that the programme was misleading and misguiding the people. He alleged that there was no scientific evidence in the programme and the anchors were sensationalizing the matter.

They weep bitterly, in vain while their rights to get treatment and care are being denied. The act is disturbing and only a superstition
