Shreya Rastogi began her academic journey by pursuing a B.A. LL. B (Hons) degree from Amity Law School, Delhi, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Motivated to specialise further, she continued her education and completed an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Gujarat National Law University. She began her professional journey at NBDA in 2021 as a Legal Consultant. With a keen interest in media, technology, and privacy laws, she uses her skills to leverage her legal expertise and advance the interests of the news industry. She is responsible for looking into issues affecting the news industry, particularly policies and legal and regulatory concerns.
